I work at the micro level: interaction states, transition logic, edge cases, and the precise mechanics of how people keep agency over systems that behave non-deterministically. Lately that means designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows on Salesforce, defining how users initiate, supervise, correct, and complete AI-assisted tasks.
